PURPOSE:To prevent dirt or mold from being generated due to water splashed from a shower, and perform vertical reciprocating movements smoothly over a long period of time, by using wash water to form a water film in the form of a 'water-curtain' on the surface of a belt, thus washing the belt to remove dirt and/or mold, etc., therefrom. CONSTITUTION:Wash water is collected by a water collector 16a which is formed by the side walls surrounding it of a fixing stand 16 for a guide roll. The wash water collected is then caused to flow downwards along a screen belt 11 from a slit 19 for water drainage which is provided between the screen belt 11 and the side walls located in front of and behind the fixing stand 16 for the guide rail; is the wash water is caused to flow downwardly along the screen belt 11 from the slit 19 so that a water film is formed on the surface of the screen belt 11, and the water film falls down the screen belt 11 while taking the form of a 'water-curtain', and thus washes the screen belt 11. |
