摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve heat moldability, heat resistance, heat insulation heat retaining property, oil resistance, water resistance and rigidity by laminating a specific polypropylene bridge foamed sheet on a polyvinyl chloride resin layer via an adhesive agent layer, and specifying the thickness rate of the polyvinyl chloride with respect to the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A polypropylene bridge foamed sheet 1 of foaming magnification 4 - 15 times, thickness 4 - 5mm, and gel rate 20 - 80% is laminated to a polyvinyl chloride resin layer 2 via an adhesive agent layer 4, and the rate of thickness of the polyvinyl chloride resin layer 2 with respect to the polypropylene bridge foamed sheet 1 is made 20% or below. Herein, as the foaming magnification exceeds 15 times, the rigidity becomes insufficient, and as it is less than 4 times, the heat insulating property is insufficient. Furthermore, as the thickness exceeds 5mm, the heat moldability becomes poor, and as less than 0.4mm, it is not suitable at the point of the rigidity and heat insulating property. In case where the gel rate is less than 20%, the rigidity decreases extremely, and in case it exceeds 80%, the heat moldability becomes inferior. When the thickness rate of the polyvinyl chloride rises above 20%, there occurs rolling nonuniformity in the laminated sheet, and thus, the barrier property cannot be maintained due to rupture or the like.</p>
