摘要 PURPOSE: To easily form a sample by using a Newton gel layer where a liquid- vapor-property gel layer is arranged at the upper part of a device and to minimize red cell contamination by using a small amount of Newton gel. CONSTITUTION: A liquid-gas-property gel layer 10 is positioned between a sample blood sample and a Newton gel layer 12 before the centrifugal separation of a sampling tube 2 to prevent the layer 12 from being mixed with the blood sample. Then, at the centrifugal separation, a red cell 18 that is a blood component heavier than normally falls toward a blocking edge 4 due to the gravity. The gel layer 10 with a heavier specific gravity than the layer 12 moves below the gel layer 12. A granular cell 20 of the blood sample is disposed between the gel layer 10 and the red cell 18. With the gel layer 12, a monocyte 22 is provided on a liquid surface normally and the upper barrier of the tube 2 is formed. When centrifugal separation is completed, a slow red cell that does not move to the blocking edge 4 is adsorbed or absorbed by the layer 12, thus nearly preventing red cell from being contained in the monocyte 22 when taking out the monocyte.
