<p>PURPOSE:To provide decompressive heat insulation of, for ex., a refrigerator with a long durable reliability and strength for damage by forming the vessel from a metal sheet with a thickness below a specified value, filling it with continuously bubbled drafty foam having a small cell dia. below a specified value, decompressing the inside, and reducing the amount of a getter agent. CONSTITUTION:In decompressive heat insulation used as insulation of a box of refrigerator etc., three edges of a sealed vessel 9 consisting of metal foil with a thickness below 100mum are previously sealed with a fusion attachment part 10, and brazing material 12 is in advance applied to the opening 11, and a getter agent 6 and a continuously bubbled drafty foam 13 with the cell size no more than 200mum so as to shorten the mean free stroke of air, are put in the vessel 9, followed by decompression, and the brazing material 12 is melted to seal the opening 11, which will provide a decompressive heat insulation 8. As this heat insulation consists of only metal having perfect gas barrier property, there is no fear of gas intrusion from outside, which allows reduction of the getter agent 6, provides strength for damage, no fear of receiving damage at transit, and stabilizes the quality.</p> |
