<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to perform modifying the software at each time by realizing respective means which generate plural serial image data and select image data with plural kinds of mask signals by hardware. CONSTITUTION:A mask signal selecting circuit 17 selects a mask signal corresponding to a desired display mode according to plural kinds of mask signals generated by a mask signal generating circuit 16. Input image data VD is converted by an image data generating means 19 into 1st serial image data, 2nd serial image data which is delayed is further obtained, and 3rd and 4th serial image data between the data are generated and led out. Then, an image data selecting circuit 21 selects the 1st-4th serial image data with a selected mask signal and outputs them as display data to a display means LCD. Consequently, a window display method and a reduction display method are selectable, and in either case display information is prevented from being absent without losing the compatibility of software.</p> |
