PURPOSE:To make it possible to evaluate abrasion wear highly accurately by measuring rotation intervals to second and third detecting markers with a first detecting marker as a reference, and obtaining phase difference between both rotary shafts caused by the time change in ratio of the intervals. CONSTITUTION:An output shaft 12 is rotated at a constant rotating speed under the state wherein a specified load torque is applied through a porpeller shaft 11 and a uniform-speed joint 13. When first and second detectors 17 and 18 detect facing detecting markers 14 - 16, pulses are generated. Namely, when the first and second detecting markers 14 and 15 are detected, continuous pairs of pulses I and II are generated for every one rotation of the output shaft 12. When the detecting marker 16 is detected with the detector 18, a pulse III is generated between the pulses I and II for every one rotation of the propeller shaft 11. These pulses I - III are used for forming gate signals for opening the gates of first and second pulse counters which count the clock pulses from a reference clock pulse generator. |
