PURPOSE:To provide a two-layered dessert comprising a gelled upper layer and a liquid lower layer, having a clear boundary between the gel layer and the liquid layer and not causing the ooze of the lower layer liquid into the upper layer gel with time by charging the gel substance in a container and subsequently charging the liquid in the container. CONSTITUTION:A gel substance (preferably a mixture of a gelled substance such as carrageenan farselelane, alginic acid, etc.) 3 and subsequently a liquid (preferably a liquid containing divalent or more edible metal ions excluding Mg and Hg and having a sugar degree higher by >=5 degree than that of the gelled substance) are charged in a container 2 to provide a two-layered dessert. |
