<p>PURPOSE:To enhance a resistance to a surge and a life characteristic by a method wherein a specific amount of a perovskite-based composite oxide is added to at least one kind of metal selected from a group composed of Ag, Pd, Pt, Zn and Al. CONSTITUTION:Five to 90weight% of a perovskite-based composite oxide shown by a composition formula of (La1-xSrx)CoO3-delta (where 0.1<=x<=0.9) is contained; its remainder is substantially at least one kind of metal selected from a group of Ag, Pd, Pt, Zn and Al. When they are used, a powder of this electrode material is mixed with a proper amount of an organic binder in a proper ratio; a paste is formed; a nonlinear resistance raw body is coated with the paste; after that, this assembly is baked.</p> |
