PURPOSE:To correct a block copy easily and accurately and to facilitate the alignment thereof by superposing a regular pattern having no strain on a strain pattern on the first coordinate system and calculating the image of the pattern on the second coordinate system having a reference pattern formed thereto so as to align with the pattern on the first coordinate system. CONSTITUTION:At first, a pattern film on which a reference pattern and the first and second alignment patterns are printed is molded in matching relation to a molded product. As a result, the patterns on the pattern film are distorted. In the first coordinate system, a regular pattern having no strain is superposed on said distorted patterns. A regular reference pattern is formed on the second coordinate system. On the basis of the positional relation between the respective corresponding reference points of both patterns formed on both coordinate system, the image of the pattern on the first coordinate system is calculated on the second coordinate system. At this time, the image of the first alignment pattern is also calculated on the second coordinate system. The image of the pattern thus obtained is printed on the pattern film. When this pattern film is matched with the molded product to perform molding, an imparted pattern becomes regular. |
