PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction due to disturbance caused during transferring of a test specimen by converging light from the test specimen to make it sufficiently smaller than horizontal width of the light receiving lens and enlarging the light in vertical direction sufficiently larger than vertical width of the light receiving lens. CONSTITUTION:Light from a light source A such as a halogen lamp passes through an infrared light transmitting filter B, a condenser lens C and a cylindrical lens D and illuminates a test specimen E through the second condenser lens H. The second condenser lens H converges the light illuminating the area I to be tested of a film E in longitudinal direction of the area I, that is, in the direction of horizontal width of the light receiving lens F, and spreads the light in the direction of width of the area I, that is, in vertical direction of the light receiving lens F. Thus, the light arriving at the light receiving lens F has vertical length sufficiently greater than vertical width of the light receiving lens and horizontal width sufficiently narrow than horizontal width of the light receiving lens F. |
