<p>PURPOSE:To identify the cause of small abnormality in an early stage by utilizing a solution of a reverse problem of a pattern of a coupling format between plant state quantity and a fuzzy relational expression, executing a pattern collation to a reference use abnormal time pattern, and deciding synthetically the whole state of a plant. CONSTITUTION:By an electronic computer 21, a plant state quantity at the time of abnormality is derived by a simulation, and from a pattern for showing a coupling format between the plant state quantity obtained by bringing the plant state quantity to autoregressive analysis, a fuzzy relational matrix R is derived and stored in a storage device 22. Subsequently, after abnormality of a plant 23 is detected, the pattern for showing the coupling format between the plant state quantity generated from the plant state quantity and a value of the relational matrix R are put into a fuzzy relational expression and the cause of abnormality is identified. In such a way, the cause of small abnormality is identified in an early stage, and by a sufficient time tolerance, an operator executes a recovery operation, and the improvement of the plant operation rate and the safety of the plant can be contrived.</p> |
