PURPOSE:To reduce the cycle time of a thick film printer by providing a plurality of printing reference pin groups as well as a plurality of chuck pin groups at a holder part for fixing insulating boards and performing thick film printing of the insulating boards simultaneously through the reciprocating movement of a squeeze at a time in a state that a plurality of the insulating boards are mounted. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of insulating boards 1A and 1B are mounted on a holder part 7 by making use of printing reference pins 3 as standards and are fixed by means of chuck pins 4. Then a paste on a screen which is located on the insulating boards 1A and 1B and forms pattern holes for printing at prescribed parts is moved by a squeeze 5 in the direction of arrows and two sheets of thick films are printed at the same time on the insulating boards 1A and 1B. Snap lines 6 are grooves to be used for separating the insulating boards 1A and 1B one by one. As these two insulating boards 1A and 1B are printed simultaneously into the form of each thick film, its system not only reduces the cycle time of a thick film printer by 50% but also improves the position accuracy of the through holes in the insulating boards as well as the screen. |
