PURPOSE:To transmit a signal to a high voltage circuit even when the power supply voltage of a low voltage circuit is low by using a depletion transistor TR as a cut-off TR interposed between the low voltage circuit and the high voltage circuit, and applying the signal voltage in the high voltage circuit to the gate. CONSTITUTION:The source of an n-channel depletion cut-off TR 2 is connected to the output terminal of an inverter 1 included in the low voltage circuit, and the drain of this TR 2 is connected to the input terminal of an inverter 3 included in the high voltage circuit (supply voltage VPP). A p-channel enhancement TR 4 for feedback is arranged between a high voltage power source and the input terminal of the inverter 3, and the gate of this TR 4 is connected to the output terminal of the inverter 3. Thus, the signal in the low voltage circuit is normally transmitted to the high voltage circuit thought the power supply voltage of the low voltage circuit is low. |
