<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate a coordinate input operation by providing a coordinate value normalizing part which normalizes the coordinates based on an instructed normalizing interval and a display part which shows a pattern on a screen based on the normalized coordinate value. CONSTITUTION:A grid/normalization instructing part 3 instructs the vertical/ horizontal spaces of a produced grid, the generating start point of the grid, and the range of the grid and at the same time decides whether the coordinates should be normalized or not. If so, the space of the grid is transmitted to a coordinate value normalizing part 2 and a grid generating part 4. The part 2 corrects the coordinate value sent from a coordinate reading part 1 according to a normalizing instruction given from the part 3 and sends the corrected coordinate value to a display part 5 and a coordinate value output part 6. Then the part 5 produces the data to be displayed on a screen based on the data received from the part 3. At the same time, the part 5 displays a mark at the area of the received coordinate value. Thus the operability is improved in a normalization system for input coordinates.</p> |
