PURPOSE:To curtail the reception information maintenance work by providing an effective period control table, etc., and automatizing the decision of the necessity of the reception information, the wasteful processing for a user and the processing for the information whose value is changed by the time lapse. CONSTITUTION:When the effective period of the information to persevere temporarily and preserve for the time being arrives, an effective period control table 134 is used. Namely, in the table 134, the section of an information identifier 901, information 902 to show a position, a registration period 903, an effective period 904 and a destination 905 of a processing is provided, the table 134 and a clock 350 are referred to and the presence or absence of the information to pass through the effective period in a temporary preserving file 138 is decided. When it is decided that one piece of information whose effective period arrives is selected and the report that the effective period arrives in necessary concerning the information, the reporting is executed in the form of a display displaying 341 or a printer output 345 to a user and the erasing is executed from the temporary preserving file 138, etc. Thus, since the labor such as the nonnecessity decision of the receiving information can be omitted, the reception information maintenance work can be curtailed. |
