PURPOSE:To prevent a noise from mixing by setting an electric signal from a microphone main body to an outputtable condition after a prescribed delaying time from the time of the on-action of a switch. CONSTITUTION:When a speaker makes movable a microphone main body 4, by interlocking to this, a switch 7 executes the on-action, chuttering occurs, the input signal of one-shot multi-vibrators M and M8 is disturbed, an analog switch 5 is made off by the control signal of the CLR input of D and FF9 through an inverter 11, the electric signal from the microphone main body 4 becomes the shut-off condition, and therefore, the input of the noise to a voice recognizing device 6 is prohibited. However, when the switch 7 is turned on and a falling signal is inputted to an MM8, a pulse (b) of the time width specified by the circuit time constant is outputted from a Q output terminal and therefore, after a prescribed delaying time, the analog switch 5 is turned on and the input of the voice data to the voice recognizing device 6 is enabled. |
