PURPOSE:To ensure sufficient spring resilience in a direction at a right angle with the axial line, even when a fluid pressure system is in failure, enabling a pressure receiving area to be accurately set of each fluid chamber by securing an elastic unit to the peripheral surface of an inner cylinder, fixing the elastic unit to be press fitted to an outer shell further a reinforcing metal fixture to be embedded to both end parts of the elastic unit further forming a protrusion part integrally from the elastic unit in a corresponding location of the fluid chamber. CONSTITUTION:When an elastic unit 50 is forced to be press fitted into an outer shell 30, a seal lip 54 is forced to adhere to an internal surface of the outer shell 30, forming two fluid chambers 12a, 21b opposed between the elastic unit 50 and the outer shell 30. In a location corresponding to the fluid chambers 12a, 12b, two protrusion parts 55, 56 are protru sively provided to the outer integrally from the elastic unit 50, and a point end of the protru sion parts 55, 56 is fitted to recessed parts 60a, 61a of semi-cylindrical spacers 60, 61. Because a reinforcing metal fixture 53 is fixedly embedded in the vicinity of the peripheral part of the elastic unit 50, when it is press fitted to the outer shell 30, the seal lip 54 is forced to closely adhere to an internal surface of the outer shell 30. When a pressure of oil is applied acting, the leakage of oil to the outside from a partition 51 and to an adjacent fluid chamber from a partitioning wall 52 can be surely prevented. |
