PURPOSE:To improve the gradient of a gate current by equalizing the numbers of turns of the primary and secondary windings, and winding them along with each other, thereby reducing an inductance. CONSTITUTION:The primary winding for an OFF gate is split into windings 4A, 4B in response to the secondary windings 7A, 7B, and the numbers of turns of the primary and secondary windings 4A-7A, 4B-7B are equalized. The primary and secondary windins 4A, 4B and 7A, 7B are wound to be disposed so that the strands are adjacent to each other at every one turn in the same layer of the outer periphery of a core 3, i.e., along with each other, and other primary windings 5, 6 are wound outside thereof. |
