PURPOSE:To obtain the title laminate prevented from cracking and made punchable by impregnating bases with a magnesium silicate-filled resin varnish and laminate-molding the impregnated bases. CONSTITUTION:A magnesium silicate-containing resin varnish (B) is obtained by mixing a thermosetting resin varnish (a) (e.g., epoxy resin varnish) with 5-50wt.%, based on the resin content of component (a), magnesium silicate (b) desirably in the form of a fiber. Resin-impregnated bases (A) are obtained by impregnating bases (e.g., glass paper) with component B and drying them. A plurality of the resin-impregnated bases are laid upon each other, a metal foil is optionally applied to at least either of the outer surfaces, and the assemblage is laminate-molded under applied heat and pressure. |
