PURPOSE:To enable the smooth stop of an elevator cage to a destination from any position in the cage during crowding of the cage by a method wherein destination floor stop switches in a cage are mounted to all well surfaces where no cage call registering switch in a cage is installed. CONSTITUTION:During running of a cage C, a stop-to-floor-station allowable signal is inputted to a stop-to-floor-station allowable display device 2 from a running control device 5 to effect display by means of the display device 2. By pressing a destination floor stop button switch 6 in a cage under a state displayed at the display device 2, a cage call for a floor demanded by the destination stop button switch 6 in a cage is registered in a cage call part 3A of a call processing control device 3. Regarding the registered cage call, a response control device 4 inputs a selection signal, by means of which a response to which call is effected, to an running control device 5, a motion command or a stop command is outputted to a motor M from the control device 5, and according to the command, the cage C responds. |
