QUINOLINE BASE COMPOUND PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION THEREOF AND ANTICANCER AGENT CONTAINING THE SAME AS PHARMACOLOGICALLY EFFICACIOUS COMPONENT

Benzofuranoquinoline series cpds., benzothienoquinoline series cpds. and indenoquinoline series cpds. of formula (I) are prepd. by reacting a cpd. of formula (II) with N-(4-amino-3methoxyphenyl) methane sulphonamide. In the formulas, X is CH2, O or S; Hal is halogen. The cpds. (I) are used as an anticancer agent which has a low toxicity and good apothanasia effects.
