PURPOSE:To eliminate a dead band of the voltage-spread displacement characteristic by mounting a preload adjusting mechanism, increasing the external size by external force, to be interposed on the base end side of an elastic lever type displacement spreading mechanism combined with a piezoelectric element. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric element 1 is built in an elastic lever type displacement spread mechanism 2 secured to a mounting bed 10 by a bolt 11, and enabling a point end to be adapted of a plate 30 of the element 1 to a deformation load part 9, a preload adjusting mechanism 12 is secured by a bolt 18 to the mounting bed 10 in a base end side of the mechanism 2. The mechanism 12 is constituted by an adjusting bolt 14 penetrating through an almost diamond- shaped frame 13, and adapting a point end of the load part 9 to a load 3, under this condition tightening the bolt 14 deforming the frame 13, the displacement of the load part 9 in this time is detected by a displacement sensor 20 obtaining a preload amount. |
