PURPOSE:To enable ingestion of vegetable fibers, various vitamins and minerals and obtain a nourishing food excellent in palatability by mixing flesh or fruit juice of a vegetable or fruit with a diary product and seasoning and subjecting the resultant pasty mixture to freezing treatment. CONSTITUTION:A diary product, such as condensed milk or cow's milk, and a seasoning except chemicals are mixed in flesh or fruit juice of a vegetable or fruit to provide a pasty form. The resultant pasty mixture is then subjected to freezing treatment to afford the objective nourishing food. Aspects of palatability deficient in a conventional nourishing food can be eliminated by the afore- mentioned food to provide an extremely readily edible product and fibrous substances, etc., can be easily ingested using natural raw materials. Thereby, the food has great advantages in health control to consumers. |
