PURPOSE:To utilize advantage of cheese by carrying out 'KARA-AGE' (frying without thick coating) of chicken containing the cheese added thereto. CONSTITUTION:Chicken 1 seasoned with salt or a spice is dipped in a cheese 2 melted at a high temperature and solidified by cooling. A coating 3 is then applied to carry out 'KARA-AGE'. |
