发明名称 WINDING CONTROL DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for continuous operation for regulation of a distance and to reduce production of a shock through continuous smooth movement by a method wherein a change amount of the diameter of a winding roll is computed and a winding truck is moved, and by comparison of a set distance with an actual distance, an error correction motion is effected. CONSTITUTION:An absolute position detector 24 is mounted to a drive wheel 14 of a winding truck 11, and a computing control device 30 to compute the speed reference of a truck is provided. A differential computer 31 for obtaining a time change rate dr/dt of a diameter (r) of a winding roll from a signal V from a tachometer generator 51 for detecting a speed of a line and a signal eta from a tachometer generator 52 for detecting the number of revolutions of the central shaft of a winding roll, an adder subtractor 32 to compute (X1+r-l) from a set value X1 of a distance setter 34, a winding roll diameter (r), and an actual winding truck position (l), and an adder subtractor 33 to add the time change rate dr/dt of the winding roll diameter are provided. An output signal from the adder subtractor 33 is inputted to a thyristor leonard device 23, the actual speed of a DC electric motor 20 is compared with a speed feedback signal detected by a tachometer generator 21, and an error is amplified to control a speed.
