<p>PURPOSE:To improve the operability in jam processing by releasing the coupling between the second conveying guide plate and a driven roller pressing means and removing the pressure to the driven roller with an action to open the first conveying guide plate. CONSTITUTION:When the first conveying guide plate 11 is at the open position, the coupling between its lock section 11e and a lock pin 12h is released, the second conveying guide plate 12 is lowered, and the pressure between a driving roller 13 and a driven roller 12e is removed. When this coupling is released, the second conveying guide plate 12 is applied with a force by the driving roller 13, the driven roller 12e, and a compression spring 12d fitted to it, and its position is set. When the driving roller 13 and the driven roller 12e are opened and the pressure between them is removed, a jammed sheet in a conveyance path 2 can be removed.</p> |
