<p>PURPOSE:To achieve sufficient cable burying depth by providing a fulcrum arm utilizing the principle of lever and producing strong pushing force. CONSTITUTION:A buried cable 7 is grasped by the tip section 3a of a fulcrum arm 3 extending laterally downward from the body 1 of burying machine and the tip section 3a serves as the fulcrum of lever. Then force stronger than the weight of the burying machine body 1 is applied, based on the principle of lever, onto a cable push-in arm 4 branched in the way of the fulcrum arm 3 thus pushing the buried cable 7 into the sand. At the same time, water jet 6 fed through a submersible pump 2 is delivered downward thus digging the sand in the vicinity of the cable 7 and burying the cable 7 into the sand. When the length and the angle of the fulcrum arm 3 are adjusted, the cable 7 can be pushed downward with force several times as strong as the weight of the burying machine body.</p> |
