PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a belt in case of a rotary circular thin blade cutting the thin meat of a material by fixing plural rotary circular thin blades and small diameter collars to rotary shaft in an adsorption superposing state alternately between a front part transfer belt and rear part transfer belt and arranging a hard resin roll at the lower part coming into contact with this rotary circular thin blade. CONSTITUTION:A roll having a hard resin layer 19 is arranged at the power part coming into contact with a circular thin blade 3 and when the thin meat piece of a thin peeled squid, etc., is transferred to the rotary circular thin blade 3 and hard resin roll arranging position by front part transfer belt 1, 2, the thin meat piece of a squid, etc., becomes a vermicelli squid by being subjected to shredding equivalent to the number of the upper part rotary circular thin blades 3 by plural upper part rotary circular thin blades 3 in the state of being supported by the hard resin roll. In the shredding the peripheral speed of the circular thin blade 3 is set about three times the peripheral speed of the hard resin roll, so the shredding can be done well just like the rotary circular thin blade rubs the thin meat piece of a squid, etc., located on the hard resin roll. |
