PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition having improved activity to cultured plant by using brassinorides in combination with auxins and a liquid mixture containing a lower aliphatic alcohol, a specific solvent, a water-soluble polymer and a spreader in addition to water. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition for the treatment of cultured plant is produced by mixing (A) 50-98wt.% of a lower aliphatic alcohol, (B) 1-25wt.% of one or more kinds of solvents selected from amide-base polar solvent and dimethyl sulfoxide and (C) 1-25wt.% of a water-soluble polymer as the components other than water, adding (D) 0. 002-2wt.% of a spreader to 1 pt.wt. of the resultant liquid mixture and compounding the obtained mixture with (E) auxins and (F) brassinorides as essential components. The scarcely water-soluble active component F is solubilized with the components A-D. The use of the component E is effective in improving the physiological activation effect of the active component F to a cultured plant. |
