The method for preparing pellet of snack using wheat flour comprises: (a) kneading wheat flour, starch, additives and water and rolling the above paste to make sheet: (b) heat-drying the sheets up to 29-30% of water content at 65-70≦̸C and cooling the sheets to make beta; (c) cutting the sheets to prepare pellet and drying the pellet up to 24- 25% of water content at 50-65≦̸C for 7-12 hrs; (d) wrapping dried pellet with paper pack and aging at low temperature for 18-24 hrs.
