PURPOSE: To handle a module without complete cooperation with a polar bridge of a vessel by movably providing a tensioning module for connecting elements in a horizontal plane, and movably providing the module in the vertical axis of the connecting elements. CONSTITUTION: When a tensioning module 20 is placed at a high position indicated by a one-dot chain line, an operator starts a motor of a drive carriage 12a. Then, an assembly body is moved on a monorail so that an upper position of a set of first pins (connecting elements) 3 to be subjected to the tension is occupied by the tensioning module 20. Then, the operator starts a motor 27, turns two endless screws 15a, 15b in the specified direction, and the tensioning module 20 is lowered by nuts 24a, 24b and brackets 22a, 23b. |
