PURPOSE:To obtain the org. photosensitive body which has high performance, high sensitivity and excellent durability by using specific high-polymer photoconductors in combination with a charge transfer material. CONSTITUTION:The high polymers expressed by the formula I are used as the material for a photoconductor in combination with the charge transfer material. In the formula I, R denotes a bivalent cyclic substituent contg. a pielectron conjugation system; n denotes >=2 integer. All these high-polymer photoconductors have the high performance as the charge transfer material. The further excellent characteristics as the photosensitive body are attained by combining these materials with the adequate CT material (charge transfer layer material). Since the high polymer themselves have a photoconductive characteristic, the high sensitivity is attained by using these high polymers. Further, the high polymers have high thermal stability and, therefore, the CT layer having the excellent durability is formed. |
