PURPOSE:To obtain the title prepreg of high adhesively with both low heat- generating and smoking nature even in its burning by incorporating a thermosetting phenolic resin with an epoxy resin NBR and organophosphoric ester. CONSTITUTION:The objective prepreg using a matrix resin composition comprising a thermosetting phenolic resin, epoxy resin, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and organophosphoric ester >=200 deg.C in boiling point. The NBR is pref. a three- component copolymer having carboxylic component because of enhancing adhesivity, and said organophosphoric ester is e.g., triphenyl phosphate, tricresyl phosphate. |
