The method and device for building a chimney stack contains elevating inner and outer worktables assembled on the ground by handle operation of a lever block, and repetition of assembling, dismantling concrete form, and concrete mortal deposition. The device includes inner worktable (1) with centeral tower structure (T), outer worktable (2). The inner worktable is formed of elevating device (E1) connected to lower worktable (3), middle worktable (4), upper worktable (5). The outer worktable is formed of roller (6) attached to lower pedal (7), middle pedal (8), upper pedal (9), connectiing angle (10), guardrail (11), and elevating device (E2).
