The invention relates to a device providing effective and adjustable natural ventilation of premises. It consists of a valve equipping, depending on its orientation, the openings of air intake or discharge shafts and comprising a grid 9 flanked by a flexible sheet fixed by one of its edges and with the same surface area. The air can get through the assembly only by passing through the grid before pushing the sheet 11 back; in the opposite direction, it flattens the sheet against the obstructed grid 10. A casing, using the same principle, is installed at the suction and blowing outlets inside the premises. It furthermore closes a butterfly which may be actuated to decelerate the flow of air. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for ventilating industrial premises or dwellings. <IMAGE>
