The invention relates to a coupling with a dismantlable ball 1 according to which a driving member 2, a driven member 3 are connected to one another by a ball joint 4 in which a head of spherical shape 5 secured to a first one of the two members and a seat of spherical shape 6 supported by one member, the seat 6 is essentially defined by a plurality of elastically deformable fins 11 of a unit 7 mounted on the second member by passing through a hole 14 made in the latter and coupled to the second member by a bayonet joint 16; the hole 14 of the second member has a dimension which prevents the fins 11 from bending elastically outwards with consequent widening of the inlet orifice 13 of the spherical seat 6 when the said unit 7 is coupled to the second member. <IMAGE>
