Safety device which can be fitted onto a certain type of jack making it possible to raise the back of the agricultural tractor in the same way as the front if this tractor is provided with a compatible three-point hydraulic lifting system. Its object is to eliminate all the possible risks of accidents due to wedging, lifting, malfunction of a hydraulic circuits of the tractor such as sliding, skidding or digging into the ground, by means of a better distribution of the load. It consists of a set of safety accessories comprising: - a lever arm 7-7b-7c, a height-adjustable sleeve 6, a non-skid channel section 4, a double lateral reinforcement 5 which perfectly locks the jack; - a height-adjustable prop 1, two articulated clevises 2 and 3, a spacer 15, all of which shore up the tractor, give perfect stabilisation of the whole thing on the ground and prevent any hydraulic malfunction. It is particularly recommended in all mechanical or maintenance works requiring an increase in the tractor ground clearance without having to call upon heavy handling means. <IMAGE>
