PURPOSE: To increase operation speed by incorporating each kind of device in a hollow box body that can be housed in a measurement container whose upper lid can be opened and closed freely, and mounting or removing a sample to and from the upper lid that can be opened or closed in up/down directions at the box body so that the sample can be suspended at a lower part. CONSTITUTION: A measurement container 21 that is fitted so that an upward opening faces the upper surface part of a housing 20 is retained, the opening is closed by an upper lid 211, a vacuum means is provided, at the same time the upper lid 211 can be opened upward by providing a lift device 22 at the upper surface part of the housing 20, a hollow box body 3 is suspended and retained so that a lower measurement container 21 enters inside at the lower part of the upper lid 211, and a sample bed 6 for fixing the sample 10 in measurement state, a drive means 91 for oscillating the sample 10, a vibration detection means 92 of the sample 10, a temperature detection means 106, and a heating means 7 of the sample are provided in the box body 3 to enable measurement operation from the outside, thus loading/unloading and mounting the sample 10 easily. |
