PURPOSE:To improve ozone removal performance without decreasing gas permeability by providing elements next to each other in the path direction so that through holes deviate from each other. CONSTITUTION:Inside of a cylindrical body 11 where a path 111 is formed, plural elements 12a and 12b are disposed along the path 111 so that the elements 12a and 12b are adjacent to each other, and through holes 122a and 122b formed from the adjacent elements are disposed in such a way that they deviate from each other. Since gas including ozone, which passes through the through hole 122a formed in a first element 12a and then reaches an adjacent plane 123, strikes the wall end part 124 of the through holes 122b of the next element 12b at the adjacent plane 123, its flow is changed to generate turbulent flow. Gas whose ozone distribution is ununiform due to the turbulent flow is stirred and mixed at the adjacent plane 123, therefore the ozone distribution is made uniform. Thus, the rate of ozone removal is highly improved while gas permeability is maintained. |
