PURPOSE:To edit a voice message with excellent response and excellent operability by sending and receiving information specifying a voice block to/ from a communication terminal equipment and sharing the function by a storage device and the communication terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A management section 25 of a multi-medium mail device 200 stores a voice message for each storage unit into a storage device 20 in the unit of storage and transfers a voice block number of one or plural voice blocks included in each storage unit to a text terminal equipment 60 via a packet communication control section 24. In the case of editing voice, the sequence of the plural voice block numbers stored in an edit buffer 61 is rearranged in the text terminal equipment 60, which edits the voice messages. Thus, the information specifying the voice block is stored in the text terminal equipment 60, which edits the arrangement of the information specifying the voice blocks. Then the information specifying the voice storage/reproduction and the voice blocks only to be generated and the voice data with lots of information quantity is stored but the processing is simple. |
