PURPOSE:To ascertain a set copying mode and to prevent the waste of large quantities of transfer papers when the copying mode is erroneously set by displaying the set copying mode in the form of a table by means of a control means when a start key is operated. CONSTITUTION:When the start key 9 is depressed to start copying operation after required copying modes are set in sequence, all the set copying modes are displayed in the form of the table onto an operation display part 15 by means of a micro CPU. For example, finisher, binding, single-sided original double-sided copy as to double side, 141% as to variable power, etc. An operator can confirm the set copying modes by looking at the copying modes displayed in the form of the table; when the mode is erroneously set, the stop key 11 is depressed to stop the copying operation. This prevents copying papers from being wastefully used in large quantities in a situation where a mistake is not noticed until copying is finished. |
