<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the volume of liquid fed from a cleaning tank by providing a mechanism of either putting up a cleaned material slightly or stopping the same on the cleaning tank for a sufficient time in addition to a mechanism of transferring the material to be cleaned to the cleaning tank of a multi-tank automatic cleaning device. CONSTITUTION:A material to be cleaned is transferred laterally 4 from a front tank 3 and put down 5. Droplets are fallen freely by the putting-up operation 7 slightly after cleaning 6 or the operation 9 to stop for the given time sufficient for dropping droplets, and then the material is transferred to a following tank 11 by transferring laterally 10. As sufficient dropping down is carried out by said process, the volume of liquid to be fed is reduced to a large extent to make maintenance period longer, reduce the mixture of liquid to the following tank and enhance cleaning effect. An example shows the volume of liquid required for the material to be cleaned was reduced by approximately 40% by the combination of said speed of putting up the material and stopping time of the material.</p> |
