PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of abnormal noise in a compressor due to reverse revolution and the deterioration of durability by forming an electric motor in brushless dc motor type and installing a brake circuit for suppressing the reverse revolution of a rotor by exciting the winding coil of the electric motor. CONSTITUTION:A driving circuit 25 which is connected with the wiring coil 14 of an electric motor 7 through a lead wire 15 is equipped with a controller 26 which controls a PWM (pulse width modulation) transmitter 27 by the turning-ON of the driving switch or the drive stop switch of a compressor 1, predriver circuit 28 which forms a three-phase rotary magnetic field on the wiring coil 14 of the electric motor 7, according to the drive instruction signal Po supplied from the PWM transmitter 27, transistor bridge circuit 29, etc., and a brake circuit 30 for stopping a rotor 9 is provided. Therefore, though the rotor 9 tends to revolve reversely, together with a movable side scroll member 16, by the coolant high pressure on the discharge side, after the stop of drive of the compressor 1, the rotor 9 can be applied with brake control by the brake circuit 30. |
