Hydraulic motor comprising a balance arm 1, mounted so as to swing on a shaft 2 connected to means for converting a reciprocating movement into a continuous circular movement, the said balance arm 1 including, at each end, a bucket 3-9, means being provided for alternately filling each bucket 3-9 when it occupies a high position and for alternately emptying each bucket 3-9 when it occupies a low position, characterised in that it includes an out-of-balance system 42-50 driven by a kinematic link 34-55 to increase the power of the said motor. <IMAGE>
