<p>PURPOSE:To improve information presenting ability with the filing device the same in scale by copying the data of a first storing means to a second storing means, and transmitting the data when a transmission request from a terminal to the data is increased. CONSTITUTION:When the request of the desired data is outputted from any one of terminals 6 through a transmission line 8, a control part 4a responds to this request, and retrieves the desired data according to an index which is made when the data are stored to a main storing part 7a. Then, a control signal 18a is outputted to a reading part 2a to read the desired data. The control part 4a counts the number of accesses in a prescribed time to the desired data, namely, the number of transmission and obtains a transmission frequency. When the frequency is larger than a prescribed value, the data to be outputted to a writing part 14 are written to a temporary storing part 5. Simultaneously, the index to the temporary storing part 5 is prepared and this index is retrieved when the transmission request of the same desired data is next outputted. After that, it is detected that the data are in the temporary storing part 5. Then, the control signal 18a is outputted to a reading part 2b to read the data.</p> |
