A sterile self-adhesive sheet (1) is used to cover the area for a transcutaneous operation in veterinary or human medicine. The self- adhesive sheet has at least one support sheet, which has at least one adhesive surface (3), which is applied directly to the skin (10) to be treated. The adhesive surface is impregnated completely or partially with bioactive substances, for example with pain-killing substances, germ-reducing substances, or with substances which promote the flow of blood through the area of the transcutaneous operation. <IMAGE> |
