PURPOSE:To reduce an output low level voltage by inserting a breeder circuit of a sixth field effect transistor FET, which is made conductive and non- conductive by the input signal, between the source of a fifth Schottky junction type FET and a third power terminal. CONSTITUTION:A sixth FET 116 whose gate is connected to an input terminal 11 is connected in series between the source of a fifth Schottky junction type FET 115 and a power terminal 14. That is, when a signal in the low level is applied to the input terminal 11, the breeder circuit is made non-conductive and the same output high level voltage as a conventional output circuit is outputted from an output terminal 13. When a signal in the high level is applied to the input terminal 11, the breeder circuit is made conductive, and a generated leak current is shunt as the breeder current regardless of the non-conductive state of the fifth FET 115 to reduce the potential drop in an external load resistance 131. Thus, the output low level voltage can be made lower than that of the conventional output circuit. |
