<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a device having both reliable insulation characteristics and signal transmission characteristics using a simple construction by a method wherein coil elements are formed by patterning on a part of ceramic substrates, and these coil patterns are laminated in such a manner that they are opposing with each other. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic substrate 14, to be used for insulation, is interposed between the ceramic substrates 10 and 12, on which coils 16 and 18 are formed by printing and the like on the surface. The starting parts 16i and 18i and the ending parts 16e and 18e of the coils 16 and 18 are led out from the upper surface or the lower surface of the substrates 10 and 12. Circuit patterns 17 and 19, which are integrated in the vicinity of the coils 16 and 18, or through the intermediary of an insulating layer, are formed on the substrate 10. As a result, the coils 16 and 18 can be formed on the substrate simultaneously with other circuit pattern, the constitution of circuit can be simplified, and the device having reliable insulation characteristics and signal transmission characteristics can be obtained.</p> |
