PURPOSE:To allow reading of charge images with high resolution by laminating an electrode, dielectric layer member, charge transfer suppressing layer member, and photoconductive layer member. CONSTITUTION:The charge image recording medium RM is formed by laminating the photoconductive layer member PCL, the charge transfer suppressing layer member ESL, the dielectric layer member IL, and the electrode E. Lamination of the dielectric layer member IL in which the transparent electrode Et and fine particles PCG of a photoconductor exist and the photoconductive layer member PCL is equally satisfactory. The electrode E and transparent electrode Et of such charge image recording medium RM are constituted by using a thin film of metal, for example, 'NESA(R)' film or the like. The reading of the charge images with the high accuracy is possible as well. |
