RUST-RESISTING LUBRICANT

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title low toxic lubricant outstanding in oxidation stability, lubricity and weatherability by blending a non-volatile component consisting mainly of triglyceride of saturated fatty acid with animal and vegetable oils and a lubricating agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective lubricant comprising (A) as non-volatile component, >=80wt.% of triglyceride of 6-10C saturated fatty acid (pref. a mixture of caprylic triglyceride and capric triglyceride at the weight ratio (50:50)-(90:10) and (B) the rest of animal and vegetable oils of high safety and/or a lubricating agent for enhancing lubricity. This lubricant can suitably be used in agricultural machinery such as mowers and the equipment for small-sized ships.
